        I cannot begin to express how satisfied I am with the quality of the work performed by these guys. We presented to them one of the worst carpets they had ever seen and their finished product exceeded even my highest expectations. If you are in need of carpet cleaning and want someone who is going to give you an honest assessment and perform the work as if they were doing it in their own home these are the guys to call.

        Awesome customer service

        I had family coming into town unexpectedly and needed to clean my carpets asap. I had called around and decided on B-Happy Carpets because the person that answered actually made me feel important. I let her know that my family was coming in to town from Maine and I wanted things to look really good. They juggled their schedule around for me and had two guys out within 2 hours. They were very professional, kind and went right to work. I didn't realize how bad my carpets were until they were done. My carpets look brand new! I had told my husband that we were having our carpets done and I figured he assumed that meant getting cleaned. When he got home, he was shocked and said How did we afford these new carpets!! I am very pleased with B happy and would have them back any day and refer them any day. Thanks again!

        I'm happy!

        The guys at B-Happy cleaned an upholstered chair for me this morning and it looks new again. It's a cream color, but after years of sitting by the fireplace it looked more like gray with soot. Thanks, guys. Great customer service.
