Johnboy's Home Cooking

For what it's worth, the "bad mouths" review on this page is nonsense. The manager of Johnboy's is Korean and, though he speaks some English, it is basically inconceivable that he or any member of his family would or could curse in English. Also, there is no "office." Must have been some other establishment.





That said, this place rocks. The food is top quality. Nothing is over-fried. They care about your food, and your dining experience. Very sweet, professional staff. We eat at Johnboy's at least once a week. Best Southern food we've had at a restaurant, comparable to a lot of home cooking. You will not be disappointed.

John Boy's is a GREAT buffet. The food is always fresh and the service is very good. We go there very often after church and Sundays. They also have good "home cooked" specials through the week.

I was in John Boys about a week ago and one of the managers in there hod the worst POTTY MOUTH ever. She was made because he Daddy (the owner) opened her mail. At one point she said the "F" word and my 3 yr son that was with me picked up the word. And if this was not bad enough I was there today with my grandparents (8/12/2008) and she was talking down to one of the girls that worked there. When she was told to go to the office you could hear her over everyone there.



So is you want to go eat at a bad mouthing place the this is it!!!!
