A little consideration goes a long way. Let me first say, prepare to spend at least 2 hours in the office for your exam. At least, that is what happened with me. But, a small thing goes a long way. My glasses came in. I recently lost my job and live in Nashville. The idea of spending all that gas for my glasses was not sitting well with me. I called to see if they would mail them to me. I was on hold for about 10-15 minutes. They agreed and told me that it would cost me $3.50. That is a whole lot cheaper than the gas I would have spent round trip. A short time later, the doctor's office calls me and tells me they are shipping the glasses for free since I was left on hold for such a long time. Along with a lengthy apology.
