Precision Pain Care

Great experience every time I come. So grateful for both doctors that help in my pain management and the entire staff are so friendly and helpful . Thanks again for your help. I have noticed that there have been several not so good reviews, well, there is two sides to every story, and either you didnt follow the rules, or you were rude to them first. And in order to be treated with respect you first must give it yourself, and that includes your doctors, your spouse, whoever in your life that you expect and count on for help. So I hope that more people will go to this Pain clinic, because they ARE a great place to have your pain needs met. I have had three neck injections, and was terrified because the needle was to go in my neck, but everyone there treated me extremely well and reassured me I was going to get thru it, and I did and the injections helped me and for that I am so grateful, The Doctors there are extremely compassionate and thorough, they have been my doctors for six years and I would recommend them to anyone in need of pain management.

I've been goin and seeing Dr. Hilgenhurst for over 3 years now. As long as your truly in pain and not "drug seeking", follow their rules... no street drugs, no selling your meds, running out early, be respectful, don't lie, bring your bottles in with you each visit, use only one pharmacy for the medicines they write you (unless your normal pharmacy didn't have your medicine, then you just call and let the nurse line know where you had to go), and agree to random urine drug screens, and flow their treatment plan you will have a wonderful experience with Dr. Hilgenhurst and his PA Clayton Carroll. Nurse staff (especially Kim) is great about returning your calls, getting any prior authorizations done with your ins. company, etc... Suzanne who works the front window and most of the scheduling is just an absolute breathe of fresh air. I personally love this group of caring medical professionals.

There staff is very unprofessional. Take their time getting new patients. I've been waiting over a month to get into this place running out of my nerve disease medicine twice an ending up in the er an still no spot with them. The lady who does all new patient refuses to call anyone back an also has it in her vm message if you leave more than one message for her it will delay her response to you, yet she still doesn't call anyone back. Stay away from this place! They don't care about chronic pain patients or bout helping them. That goes for the drs there too!! STAY AWAY AN ANOTHER PAIN DR!!!
