Hamilton Group Funding

This company was responsible for a major hold up and error during the selling process, they were on one of the buyers side and because of their error it cause a chain of delays. They gave the okay when they should not have and I being one of the sellers loaded up my home and moved out with closing being set for that afternoon, then it turns out they made an error and my closing was delayed for two more days. I was of course charged for each day my stuff was on the truck and had to use PTO days from work and buy clothes for myself and my 4 children due to this major error. I was told I would be reimbursed for these costs by The Hamilton Group it's been over a month and a half and I have through my realtor reminded them of their promise to reimburse me but have received zero. This shows not only their incompetence but also lack of character, don't say you're going to make things right if you have no intention in doing so that makes you a liar.

The most unpleasant experience I have ever had working with a lender.. Almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone or return your call. Kept losing paperwork. Lack of communication. The list goes on. I hope no one else has to go through what we have gone through for 4 months trying to get a deal closed with Hamilton Group Funding.
