I tk my truck to QT in Smyrna 05/2015. Harold was nice, prompt & returned it to me in 3 days . I thgt everything was great for abt a month. Then my son was driving & sd it wouldn't go into reverse. Harold sd bring it back.1 wk went by & no Harold. A guy named Lynn sd he was working for Harold & wld hv it done in about a wk. I called at the end of that week. N/A well n/a for the next several days.I left work early & drove to the shop only to see it closed, doors locked at 4 in the afternoon? Not an employee in sight & my truck still in the same placed I parked it 3 wk's ago. So I wrote a note stuck in the mailbox & got a phone call frm Chad at 6:45pm saying Harold had moved his shop to Murfreesboro, asked me if I had a spare key to my truck bc he couldn't find it and "Lynn" had skipped town.. See photo for complete review .

Overall

Highly disappointed with the level of service I have received. Car still needs repair after over 8 weeks of total repair time.

I brought my car into this shop to get the transmission worked on due to some major issues it was having. Harold said it would be a couple of days until he got to it and I was ok with a couple of days. Three days later I called and he said he had not looked at it yet. Two days later, same thing. He had not looked at it yet. The following Monday I was told it was up on the rack so I thought they were at least taking a look at it. A couple of days go by and I had not heard from him so I called and left a message for him to call back. I did that for two more days. I finally get ahold of him on Friday (2 weeks after I had dropped it off) only to find out that he had just now actually gotten it up on the lift. So I was lied to the week prior. He then said that he needed to order some parts which is understandable. A week later he has the parts and installs them. (3 weeks into repair) He test drove it and found that it still had some issues. So he ordered another part and several days later he received it. However he admitted to losing a bearing in the process and had to order another bearing. Fast forward another week and a half and he finally gets this part, installs it and has it put back together. He calls me to tell me I can come get it. Finally after 6 weeks of repair time I can get my car back. So I show up and get my car. I drive off only to immediately discover that it is doing the same thing. I pull a u-turn and take it back to him. He keeps it for another week and gives it back to me. This time it seems ok. So I drive it to work the next day only to find out that it is doing the same thing again. Also I lost 1st 2nd and 4th gear plus reverse is shot as well. I have to tow it back to him at my own expense. He works on it for another week and a half or so and then tells me it is good to go. Finally it seems ok. But after driving it for a few days it starts doing the same thing again. At this point I don't feel that it is driveable so I called to see if he would tow it to his shop. The shop manager tells me that Harold will call me back. I did not hear back from him. I called back three days in a row and kept getting the same thing. I was told that the owner (Harold) would call me back. The car is covered by this shop with a one year parts and labor warranty. I need them to honor it.

I had quite the opposite experience as Justyn. Harold, the manager, was amiable and willing to explain every detail of my problem. As opposed to other shops, he was able to do a fix rather than an overhaul, saving me hundreds of dollars. I would recommend this shop.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to give them your business... I paid in advance and still got put off.. Every time I tried to call there was no answer or supposedly the shop manager wasn't there. They are not ASE certified and also took parts off,my car to put on someone else's car ..the money I paid up front the manager refused to refund me ...when asked about the money and the part missing off the car supposedly they didn't have a clue what happened when the car started and ran fine when I brought it there with transmission issues
