Kenn made sure I was fully aware of the details of my procedure before we began. He explained what Botox does and how it works, as well as if I really needed it or not. He drew it out for me- literally! A graph and everything. It was really nice and thoughtful to get a thorough explanation even after getting the same procedure done before.
