Nutritional Counseling
Thank you for allowing our practice to provide you with your healthcare needs. Our main goal is to maintain our patients as healthy as possible. Smoking Cessation
We care for adults, and adolescents 14 and older. We provide our patients with complete physical examinations, physical therapy, sports physicals, comprehensive female examinations, including endometrial biopsies and colposcopies, smoking cessation, nutritional counseling, skin cancer screening, and minor skin surgery. We utilize evidence-based guidelines published by the US Preventive Care Task Force, the Academy of Family Physicians and other clinical experts. However, all guidelines and protocols are adjusted based on the needs and preferences of the individual patient.

Dr. Marie- Luise Zaldivar is Board Certified in Family Practice and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. She completed a three-year residency at Prince Georges' Hospital in Cheverly, MD. in

Mental Health
We partner with YOU-Turn Counseling in Clayton for mental health & substance use issues. Our co-management agreement with these behavioral health specialists ensures that we stay informed about psychological issues that may impact our patients’ physical health. For those who choose to use this service, we share information about medical conditions and recommended treatment that may impact a patients’ psychological well-being.
Behavioral Health
As a partner in your health care, we need to maintain comprehensive information about your medical history, lifestyle choices, medications and other providers that you see. We ask patients to inform us about all visits to other healthcare providers including behavioral health, medical specialists, and chiropractors. You may provide information about test results and services received or authorize us to contact the provider on your behalf.

Wound Care
She serves as Medical Director for Community Home Health and Hospice, and is a certified wound care specialist. She sees patients at Johnston Wound Clinic 2 half days a week.
