My family and I bought a few pairs of shoes from this store and within a few weeks, the inserts started to curl up by the instep of the shoe. I tried to exchange it and the associate on duty acted like they didn't want to help me. I spoke to the manager on duty and he did help me with the situation. However, the new set of sneakers have the same problems. At this point, the manager started giving me an attitude. So when I asked to just return them (because evidently the quality of stuff at this store is poor) he started uttering stuff under his breath. (Very professional). Lastly, my children was scared to stay there because they were playing death metal on the speakers throughout the store. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
