Health Zone

Horrible experience. Wait time was over an hour. Place is run down and not taken care of. Front desk was very rude! Expect to spend over an hour here. Made an appointment at 5, couldn’t get my blood work done because they left at 4. Unprofessional!!

The doctors and staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. They genuinely care about you the patient. I have been a patient at the Smithfield location since going in for an urgent care visit 3 years ago. The PA's there discovered a serious condition and sent me on to the hospital...saving my life. They take their time with each patient, and treat you like the individual you are. I have the highest regards for the practice.

This is the best practice that I have been too!! The staff is very friendly and knowledgable!! I was seen the same day and my cold was treated properly. I will take my family to Health Zone from now on for all my Urgent and Primary Care needs.
