One star is very generous!

I bought one boat from them but never again! I would rather ride anothjer 500 miles to get to a dealer that stands behind their work, poor service, worse attitude! Reported them to BBB but did no good

Overall

I recently purchased a 2017 Kew West 210BR from Collins and from the beginning of the process of choosing the correct boat through the delivery of the boat, I could have not been anymore impressed with the dedication and professionalism shown by this dealership. I personally worked with Mr. Fred Page who answered all my questions and ensured my boat was delivered as expected even after numerous last minute changes. Great team and exceptional service for an active duty Soldier of 26 years who knows what dedication is all about.

One star is generous! Stay away from these folks, run and never look back.I called to have a water pump installed on my boat, I was told to bring it on in, It would be done in a week and a half.. after two and a half weeks, I called the guy at the parts counter that checked me in, he said "we are running behind" which would have been nice to know up front as I had plans and it was getting close. He was beligerant and rude and could not promise they would start on my boat by Saturday, within the next week even. On saturday, I showed up, drove into the back lot where there may have been 10 boats. I hooked up my boat first to see if anyone would come out to find out what I was doing. Not a soul approached me. There were employees in the shop, they were rigging new boats, that was more important than servicing existing customers. I finsihed loading my boat pulled it out of the fence and stopped and was going to go inside and tell them I was taking it. I then decided I woudl take it and see if they missed it. It has been 6 months and not a single call. They will never for any reason get another red cent from me. I would pay double before I would buy from these folks, prior to I was a repeat customer in the parts dept and love Hydra sports boats. Not from these people though. I ended up carry my boat to a guy in Angier, he has a nice little shop, specializes in Yamahas but works on all brands. He was a week or so behind and in the proecess of moving, he still managed to do the two hour job in four days, Beware! There are alternatives.

Not happy with the guy that runs this place. Not friendly and seems to be a little over the top. Not very professional when it comes to dealing with people.
