Fsa Network

We bought a KitchenAid Dishwasher from Home Depot online with delivery and installation; they shipped thru Home Depot in Picayune
and subded out the installation to a company entitled FSA Network in Slidell, LA. The installer put a defective washer in the connecting water line where it connected to the dishwasher. Then He placed 4 inches of foam and a metal plate over the bottom of the dishwasher and left it leaking. Because the Kitchen Tile does not extend under the dishwasher or the 3 cabinets by it the water build up under the cabints about 3/4 inch deep and was there for weeks before it spilled out onto the kitchen floor and it mildewed and molded the cabinets and sheetrock, etc. FSA would not replace the cabinets and Home Depot has not made them do it. We contracted with Home Depot and they got someone else [FSA Network in Slidell, LA} to do the work. Our homeowners policy does not covered mildew and mold and it does not cover damage from standing water. FSA Network said they needed to talk to plumber i hired to stop leak, they took forever to contact him and get his statement then they tell me they need two estimates- they held up repairs for over a month, the they denied claim without any explanation.
