Tri Valley Rentals

This person, Laura Domingo ( Laura Nicolletti ) was denied rentals at 5 Party Rental stores in Ventura County. She has never written a positive review for any business. She was not even a customer of Tri Valley Rentals (her reputation proceeded her) She was politley told that Tri Valley Rentals would not be able to help her with her event. I was in the store when this took place. She and her friends then posted a number of negitive reviews on other sites. Theres a good chance that she or a friend will respond to this post. She also uses multiple screen names to post.

Tri Valley Rentals does hundreds of events every year and has hundreds of happy repeat customers. It's a shame that people are able to post lies like this and get away with it.

The store is crowded and messy. The owner refused to help me because I had price shopped and was honest with him and told him I was looking around. They offer no damage waivers/insurance at all on anything they rent. They have poor selections and a poor attitude to go with it to say the very least. Horrible customer service, horrible place. WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE EVER, KEEP IN MIND I WAS ONLY THERE FOR 15 MIN AND IT WAS THAT BAD, THAT FAST! BRIDES BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Wish I could rate negative stars, was forced to give it one to submit review!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
