Worst cut and color ever!

Unless you want to look like Barbie or someone's grandmother, be afraid, be very afraid. Sadly this salon doesn't have what it takes in my book. And I am just going to have to drive to Portland for a professional salon.

I will start by saying that the stylist was extremely unprofessional and had no knowledge of color. She actually argued with me when I said my color was too dark!

If I had had the time I would have walked out, but as I was getting on an international flight the next day, I didn't think I had much choice.

After she applied my color I was escorted to a back room and told to wait... Never have I been treated with such disrespect especially when I am paying for a service!

My hair came out a nasty, dingy dirty dark blond. My own grayish blond color would have been beautiful in comparison.

But to top it off she gave me the worst cut EVER!

The whole experience has tainted my vacation and made me hate my hair!

Don't even want to look in the mirror.

Do not recommend this salon if you value style and good taste.

Sorry guys, and shame on you! You are confirmation that you are a 3rd rate operation in a small hick town! Sadly I live there.

My wedding was in Silver falls and I wanted to find a salon close by to get hair and makeup done for myself and my 3 bridesmaids and mom. I decided on Visions salon out of all the others in the area because of the professional name as well as when I called I spoke with a lady who was very helpful, friendly and was able to fit all of us in for our appointments the morning of my wedding. Lisa worked with me and did the most amazing job on both hair and makeup. I had an idea of how I wanted my hair and what Lisa did with it was better than I had imagined!! All the other ladies who worked on my friends did a beautiful job as well and we all left the salon on time and super happy. Every aspect of the experience was excellent!!
