STBS Inc was one of the pioneers to introduce IBILL (Intelligent Bill) in the telecommunications industry for Cable&Wireless Corp. IBILL was specifically designed for the company as a business analysis tool for their largest customers - such as IBM - and evaluates and analyzes invoices electronically. With this tool, the client is able to provide exact accounting by department and by project enterprise-wide. In 1995, building upon this experience, STBS Inc designed and developed the STBS product - a suite of modules dedicated to exhaustive convergent network billing data capture and control. STBS Inc brings the expertise necessary to rapidly and effectively migrate to, and/or first time integrate, truly convergent billing software. With a product suite developed over some ten years of Telecom engineering expertise our system, STBS, allows voice, ISP, 3G, 4G, sat./cable and related next-gen media providers a clear path to ROI objectives. STBS's software systems are licensed to single product network provides as well as remote, international countrywide carries. Founded as an engineering services firm in 1987, STBS developed advanced operational and billing systems for such entities as MCI and Cable&wireless.
