I love this restaurant and my favorite dishes are Zarzuela Andaluza, stuffed shrimp with crabmeat, pupusas, tamales de pollo, chicken quesadilla. and chocolate mousse. I am sure I could add more as I have never had a bad dish at Samantha's. I am not Hispanic and I have always been treated very well by the staff and owners. I have been a very happy customer since soon after they opened. I highly recommend it for the whole family.

The worst restaurant in silver spring. If you don't speak Spanish don't go. They service speaking Latino first. Very Very Racist place I have ever seen it. They don't care if you where in the line first or not.
