        High Hopes, low delivery

        If you're looking for a family practice that will ignore you repeatedly, overcharge for routine procedures, treat you rudely, frequently not answer the phone, get your lab order or prescription mixed up, or, otherwise completely disregard you as a human being, then this is the practice you're looking for.
