Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union

I've been a member of MAFCU for more than 30 years (since they were an employee credit union) and have always been happy with both the services and the level of service provided. I've moved in and out of the area and always kept them as my credit union because of my positive experiences with them. I've never had a complaint and have never considered moving my accounts anywhere else.

The most inefficient, poorly run company that I've ever seen. Many years ago they were the best, not any more.

I've had great experiences using MAFCU in the past 4 years since I became a member. I used their services for my checking & savings account, car loan, and two mortgages. The mortgage department was especially helpful, taking me step by step through the home-buying process. For all of my loans, I received excellent interest rates, saving me lots of money. I use the Gaithersburg branch for teller services and the staff is friendly and helpful. No long lines! I highly recommend this bank and am happy I found out about it.
