Golgule Wireless

Went in to buy a car cell phone charger. Prices not listed on display. Was told it cost $7. I offered a $20 bill. Did not have change. I offered credit card, clerk told me it would be $10. Left immediately. Place SMELLS rancid from hookah smoking.

My wife gave my galaxy phone to GOLGULE WIRELESS located at 8203 Fenton St Silver Spring MD 20910 on July 18, 2015 as the screen was broken. As he promised to fix it by the second day, my wife gave him 150. He did not give her receipt  which is a violation. I went there almost every two days I he says, "Come back tomorrow." Most of those days I saw him drinking alcohol and told me that he was not in mood that day.  I still went there and three costumers were there arguing with the employee in the store as they could not get their phone back fixed. The store owner by name Yonatan, was not there. His friend called him and he came in after an hour. He was not willing to talk to me, went to the back of the store and came back with a beer opened. He told me to call police like the lady. I called police, 5 of them came in. he was not even willing to talk to them. They saw him drinking alcohol. He insalted me with f  word several times in Amharic in front of the. The police asked me to call them back on Monday if he does not give me my phone fixed or my money. He told me he is going to mess up my phone further as I called Police on him. I am help less.

I went on Monday and I was told to come back. My wife went  and the owner asked her  to wait for 30 minutes . After an hour, he told her to come back on Saturday.  Saturday he isulted her and harassed her. further. I will follow up.
