Dental Galleria of Beautiful Smiles

Just absolutly the best Dentist I have seen to date - very very skilled and informative extremely polite -I've been to several Dental offices and this one is the one for me - they have a modern office with a professional staff - ohh yea and you know how at most dental offices they schedule you for 11:30am and you are seen at 12:10pm - not here they are pretty good on getting you in on your scheduled time - I have used my lunch break on 3 or 4 occasions and made it back to work on time - Thanks Dr. Brock!!!!!

The ONLY reason why I'm giving this review 1 star is because it didn't give me the option of choosing NO stars. I thought Dr. Brock was very rude and unprofessional. I overheard her yelling at 1 of her patients that happened to be a child. She was saying "didn't I tell you to stop moving and put your hand down!!!. You making me mess up!!. If you make me mess up then I'm going to have to do it again and I don't like doing my work over!!!!!". Now what dentist says that to a child????. What dentist says that to ANY of their patients???. That will mess up someone experience at the dentist and especially if thats their first time. SMH. And people will remember that forever and will not want to go to the dentist anymore because alot of people are scared to go to the dentist. One appointment I made was at 10am and she didn't get there until after 10:30am. So it was me and the 10:30 patient waiting to even get into the office. And to find out she's usual late on a regular. Now thats very UNPROFESSIONAL. And please don't ask her about a procedure that needs to be done and you happen to ask her the same question 2 times because you don't understand and her response was "didn't I already tell you the answer to that?. Why are you asking me that again?". (UMMMMMM BECAUSE I'M PAYING YOU TO WORK ON MY TEETH AND IF THERE IS ANY INFORMATION I NEED TO KNOW OR DON'T UNDERSTAND THEN YOU SHOULD BE MORE THEN HAPPY TO GIVE ME THE INFORMATION THAT I AM PAYING YOU TO DO!!!!!!.) She is so RUDE AND GHETTO and just all about making money for herself and giving out CRAPPY customer service. The ONLY time she try to sound a little professional is over the phone but that don't last to long. And she talks to her dental assistants so disrespectful. I work in the area and i'm always seeing a new dental assistant there. I don't blame them for leaving!!!!!!!!. I had to find another dentist quick. And the only reason why people still go to her is because she accepts mostly all kinds of insurances that alot of dental offices doesn't accept. It doesn't matter how good of work she does because if your character and spirit is crappy then good dental work doesn't matter because its millions of dentists out here with GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and who treat their patients and staff with RESPECT and also does good dental work. The type of character that Dr. Brock has will NOT succeed in life for too long because what you put out you will surely get back to you.
