Community Audiology Ent

Unfortunately when we arrived for an x-ray at 8:09am on Friday morning, we were told that none of the staff had arrived yet. There were about 10 patients waiting, and we were sent to room 100 to sign in until the x-ray staff arrived. After waiting 45 minutes to sign in, we were sent back to the x-ray waiting room. The staff apologized for the wait, but really they need to learn the importance of coming to work on time. What should have taken at most 20 minutes for a visit, took more than an hour due to staff tardiness.

The visit wasn’t the greatest but it wasn’t the worst. It could’ve but I just wanted to get my CT scan over with and get out. Unfortunately, it took longer than expected. The staff weren’t the friendliest and service is extremely slow. After I had my CT scan done I had to wait about 40 mins to get my CD. I’ll probably find another alternative for CT scans in the future. Don’t need my health insurance paying facilities that provide terrible service esp customer service.
