Chateau

This is by far the worst apartment complex around! The building is infested with cockroaches, and nothing is done about it. The front desk staff, and Coleen the property manager, prefer to pretend that there is no problem in this building, rather than be pro active to solve it.



There is suppose to be a "24 hr front desk service" that doesn't really exist. Most of the time there is either nobody at the front desk at night, or if someone is there, they are too busy chatting on their cell phones to be bothered.



Windows leak and are drafty, and did I mention there are cockroaches everywhere?!



This building needs to be completely exterminated and fully repaired before I could even wish this place onto an enemy. And the old bait and switch is a popular way to get you to rent here. The showroom apartment is gorgeous, with new carpeting, a new kitchen, and nice medicine cabinets in the bathroom. In reality, you get a plain kitchen, there are no medicine cabinets, and that gorgeous carpeting, forget about it!



Save yourself the trouble, don't even bother looking at The Chateau! (Unless of course for some strange reason you enjoy living with cockroaches! )
