From the minute we walked into Innovative Orthodontics we were treated like we had been coming there for years. Every single person we spoke to on the day of my children's consultation was so kind. My kids both felt comfortable right away and so did I. From the first day of coming into the office I felt comfortable and love the staff. My son had a great experience here and I know when it's time for my daughter to get braces this is where she will go.

I don't know how they have time to do it all, but this office is on the ball! My daughter (age 8) actually looks forward to her appointments there. She loves swiping in, brushing her teeth with the cools toothbrushes that have toothpaste set on them already, being greeted by the friendly staff members and then having time on the electronics while I check out. The technology is amazing. When she was fitted for her appliance they used a painless and mess-free way to measure her palate and she was able to watch it "form" on screen. She had a palate expander placed and tolerated the entire procedure-and daily "key" turns-like a champ! She was motivated to do well so that she could be "rewarded" by Dr Bills and his staff. She looked forward to showing off her progress at her next visit. The office is modern and well appointed. The use of technology is outstanding. Dr Bills has a warm bedside manner as do the technicians. They are organized and professional. Absolutely recommended!

We always feel like part of the Innovative Orthodontics family as soon as we walk through the office doors. It's so nice to be greeted by everyone there and even team members who aren't directly working with my daughter make an effort to engage in conversation and take interest in what is going on with us! We have never felt rushed and always leave happy to come back for the next visit!

We came to Dr. Bills for a second opinion for Dominic's orthodontic work. The office is beautiful and everything is state of the art. From the moment you walk in the door the office staff made you feel so comfortable. They were so nice and informative. Dr. Bills and his staff took their time to explain the process so that we understood exactly what would need to be done. Dominic was so nervous and scared after his first consultation at a different orthodontist but after we left Innovative, he was so excited to be getting his braces! After Dominic got his braces on, they really went into detail about how to take care of himself and his teeth. Dr. Bills himself called me later in the day to make sure that Dominic was doing ok! Everyone at Innovative Orthodontics is fantasic and they have really made us feel welcome! We could not be happier!

Dr. Bills and company were genuinely kind, and made every visit comfortable starting from day one. I could relate to my orthodontist, and was able to speak about anything on my mind. As for the service--phenomenal. I didn't have issues with my braces, and they were on and off relatively fast. My smile is the best it can be.
