Glens Auto

We have been using Glens Auto for over ten years. They are reliable, HONEST and we've never had a problem. We actually live in MD and have found it well worth the drive to take all 3 vehicles to Glen's courteous, respectful and more than qualified establishment. Highly recommend!

I debated about giving this bad review, but if Glenn, during his initial diagnosis would have told me everything that was wrong with my car, initially, then I could have put all of the money that I paid him (about $580) on my new car.

I fell for the "God Is Good All Of The Time" phrase on his sign in front of his shop. I dropped my car off for a complete diagnosis. When I got my car back I discovered that my power steering and my brake fluid was low even though his receipt specifically stated that he checked the fluids.

Since then my car has been in his shop three times within two weeks. I remember specifically asking him about my timing belt when he did his diagnosis. The "last straw" in dealing with him occurred after the last time that I picked my vehicle up from him. Guess what had me stranded alongside the highway. Yep, the timing belt.

Cons: He NEVER called me, I ALWAYS had to call him; twice he would state one price, then the repair would wind up being way more expensive; something would always break even after Glenn, supposedly did a thorough diagnosis.

I'm now using another mechanic, thank God.
