I've owned Sandy Paws for 18 years. We are an upscale very professional shop. The negative review was hurtful and written by a former client who misunderstood a post that was from another shop directed toward a situation that many groomers have experienced. We felt she attacked us via social media wrongfully and viciously. We only attempted to explain the misunderstanding. I'm sorry she felt it was unprofessional. I feel "attitudes and tone" are usually misread on social media. I'm sorry she felt we were unprofessional. There are many more who disagree. Come try our shop. We will show you.
