Horrible service. I have owned 4 front loaders including 2 Kenmore HE units. Just bought a GE Right Height and put my clothes in like I always have and when the washer started to spin, it would, occasionally, bounce across the floor. Called service because I thought it was defective. The service guy told me that its was probably me using the washer incorrectly and did’t even want to come out. When he arrived, he was combative as if it was an inconvenience to be here. After explaining in detail how I use the washer and the fact that four other units did not have this behavior he ‘explained’ to me that I was using the washer wrong. He kept saying things like “some people do ….” I told him I didn’t care what other people do - the issue is right here. Why is the washer bouncing? After a long explanation about how to lay the clothes in the drum and neatly distribute them, I told him that after the first couple tumbles, as it is filling, negates any nice placement of clothing as they will mix randomly and you have no control over what the clothes will do. Finally he said there was nothing wrong with the washer and charged me $160 for ‘training’. What a rip off. I think the washer has a faulty design but I am stuck with it and the horrible service from Sears.

Worst service experience of my life!!!!

Appt. was scheduled for 10 AM-2 PM. Tech called at 9:25 began lecturing me that the need for service was my fault..gave him number of landlord.. he called him once called be back and canceled at 9:33 appt sad he was on his way to the next job!!!

Called A & E and they said they would get someone else out there by five. I said good because I din't want that man in my house.

@ PM who shows up??? Same tech I spoke with in the morning. He did nothing but complain the whole time.

Can't believe you send people like this to customers home.
