Buono Fine Jewelry

I brought my movado in to get cleaned for fifty dollars and when I whent to pick it up the bezel had significant damage to it. I asked the lady, who was very rude what happend to the bezel she told me to talk to the jewler who would not be there untill the following friday. I will never use this dump of a jewlery store again and am in the process of small claims court now all because i wanted my watch cleaned...

I brought my engagement ring in to have the setting tightened. It was "fixed" quickly, I made sure the stone wasnt moving, said thank you, and was on my way. When I arrived home I started painting my nails and noticed scratches and dents on all four prongs...TOOL MARKS! I immediately brought it back to the store and told them what had happened. The woman told me "He'll fix it, but I didn't see anything wrong with it when I handed it to you", basically accusing me of putting tool marks on my own ring. I just got engaged in March, & am obsessed with my ring. I clean it everyday and I can assure you it was perfect before I brought it to Buono. The jewler "fixed" it again, I didnt see the dents or scratches, said thank you and left. In my car I looked at it in the bright sunlight and saw VERTICAL LINES on two of the prongs. I went back in the store and showed the woman, who was visibly annoyed I was back again. She tried to tell me it was the design of the setting. Again let me remind you I look at my ring daily. I know it is not the design, and if it was it would be on all four prongs not just two of them. I was getting nowhere. I was being treated like I was ignorant. Irritated and upset, I gave up, took my ring and left the store. My engagement ring is ruined. Next time I will drive to a reputable jewelery store, not just one of convenience.
