Barbara's Stage Door Hair Studio LTD

I went there yesterday for a haircut to fix a botched up haircut my sister gave me. I had shoulder length straight hair and my sister cut it up to my neck and it was all uneven and I freaked!!! I just recently started going to Barbara's this past yr and used to have Rachael cut my hair but she left so I had my last 2 hair trims by Pat. but yesterday I used TERRY for the first time and NEVER AGAIN!!!! SHE CHOPPED IT OFF EVEN MORE AND NOW I LOOK LIKE A MAN AND ELDERLY!!!! I have been crying night and day!!! I cannot believe she did this to me!!! She knew I was trying to grow my hair one length and she went and cut me very short and gave me 10 short layers to boot. That is going to b fun to try to grow one length again. I'm so upset!!1 I quit my job over it. I cannot leave my house and DO NOT WANT ANYONE I KNOW TO SEE ME LIKE THIS!!!. I ended up talking it over with my boss and I am going to buy a wig today so I can go back to work and show my face. Terry trained Rachael supposedly and always complained that she didn't listen to customers and what they wanted. SHE DID EXACTLY WHAT SHE ACCUSED RACHAEL OF!!! Terry gave me a short haircut bc it was what she wanted me to have and prob all she knows how to do. This is so awful and it was really mean to do to someone. She prob did it on purpose. Some hairdressers get mad when they have to fix another's mistake. I know this isn't the end of the world but if your a person like me with insecurities about the way u look to begin with experiencing something like this can b traumatizing!!! THANK GOD FOR WIGS IS ALL I CAN SAY NOW!!! Terry also made sure she got a lot of money out of me too. She suggested a hair dye and highlights. The highlights came out orangey and my hair reddish like she knew I didn't want and this is just as ugly as the butch haircut she gave me. It was $120 dollars plus $22 dollars in tips down the drain!!! Now it will cost me even more to re-dye my hair and purchase a good wig. Thus, my experience was horrible and I would never go back!! Off to fix what Terry did to me!!!! I have to give this a star rating which is zero in my book but it requires a star so I will put the least amount possible only bc I have to!

I had been going to the same hairstylist for quite sometime and she always gave me the same haircut whether I asked for a change or not. I decided to go to Barbara's Stage Door on a whim and it was a great idea! I got a cut and color that people are still complimenting me on after 6 weeks when I'm ready for my next cut and touch up. They are fantastic and know what they are doing. They are highly recommended.
