Horrible group practice. Worst we've ever experienced. Scheduling & communications are a nightmare. Staff is cold, remote, poorly coached by leadership. Despite appointments we had to wait 2 hours & > 1 hour on our first 2 appointments.Impossible to talk w/ anyone on the phone or get someone to call back.
Stay away. Run ... away.

Worst practice ever. Went as a new patient...with complaints, ended up in hospital 2 weeks later. Dr. Didn't call me back or show up at hospital. Dr. Ali is horrible.
Their customer service is horrible. The girl up front, puts her bare feet up, chews gum. No return calls.
My first visit I waited in my room ONE HOUR after seeing doctor, because I thought nurse was suppose to give me discharge instructions.
This place sucks. They also go by the name TIND. Tecas Institute of Neurology.

stay away or better run away, this is not a right place to get a quality medical service, all they care about is the money

The people in the office are rude, they stop accepting calls at least 30 minutes before closing each day, hey come in on Saturdays and give patients no way to get in contact with them, and they have seemingly nothing but disdain for their patients. Stay away.

I brought my grandmother to this office the front office manager was very rude, she rolled her eyes and spoke very rudely. I will not be coming back until she is out of the office. Several people in the waiting room were talking about how rude she was one man and his wife even left. They also told us our appointment was at 10 then we got there and said it wasn't until 11 and they put us with someone else that we weren't suppose to see. I drove an hour here and will not be back.
