Check in process was quick and efficient, and Dr. West provided me with excellent advice and had a kind, patient, and empathetic yet professional demeanor. I hope to be able to work with him should I ever need to return to this clinic!

waited 2 hours in an exam room while they took other people that came long after me all the while laughing and joking so finally I left not receiving one bit of help just a nightmare.

Absolute worst place I've been in my life. They show up whenever they want and even after you've been there for an hour and a half and are still waiting they are still nonchalant and don't really care. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The website states, "No waiting". Well, I waited over 20 minutes. Not sure why they would put that on their website.

All the nurses were huddled in front of the bathroom, leaning on a counter just chatting and laughing, but when I asked a question, not one of them smiled. As if I interrupted them.

I would not recommend, unless you want bad service.

The ladies in the office is very nice, understanding and helpful, along with the doctors. I would and do recommend to anyone.
