I have been a loyal customer for 16 years!!!!!

Having my homeowners insurance and vehicle covered with Hejny Insurance. I have had several problems with this company, more lately then ever. I contacted them multiple times concerning letters saying my insurance needed attention by them. They would tell me they would call me back and take care of what I needed. They let my homeowners policy cancel. I had no Idea that my coverage had cancelled. My house could have burned down and I would have lost everything. I called and asked Moses how in the world could he have let this happen to a customer that has been loyal for so long. He acted as if he had no time to deal with my situation. I also recently sold a Lexus and realized after emailing them that I sold it, that I had been charged 2 more months. It took me several months to get that refund! Horrible service

I do not recommend this company for insurance in any way! very very unsatisfied!!!!!

I called and Germania had my house covered again in just a few hours and for 1/2 the price and I got lots more coverage
