        Overall

        Do not use them they are liars! They state they place a bankrupt trust on your house they do not. The trust will not stand up in court, and there is no real bankruptcy. I lost my house the 2nd time around with these guys, it sold at auction there was no bankruptcy in place to protect it as they tell you. They charge ahead of time and do not refund you if your house sells.
