Before ordering with this company think twice, heres my story with E science Labs. I ordered Sept. 6 2012 mid afternoon the processing would have started Friday Sept. 7th in the morning latest. By the company’s terms and conditions it take 3-5 business days to process (they took 9 days) and UPS 3-5 days (they took 4 days) for shipping. I emailed the company and expressed my concerns. The company did respond rather quickly saying they were sorry and they would expedite shipping if needed. Sept. 19th the shipment was sent and it was still via Ground shipping. The package shouldve been received Sept. 20th the latest. Now i am receiving this package Tue. Sept 25, 5 days late. Not only has this set me back in my schooling but the man i spoke to was quite rude which claimed to be a boss or owner. He made the situation become a argument and tried to blame it on me for ordering it late. They did give me a refund for shipping and it was nice but the shipping wasn’t the issue, the issue was the processing on the behalf of E science Labs. I thought it would be nice of the company to try and reach a agreement with me, not make a ultimatum and try to blame this issue on me. If a company says 3-5 days it should be 3-5 days. I am very disappointed in the issue that occurred and how it was handled by E science Labs. Everything stated above is true and i have documentation to prove it. i am not trying to bring a company down or tell you not to order with them. I am just trying to explain my story and hope the company tries to improve there communication skills and processing time, but also keep the customers aware of this issue. I think when you are paying top dollar and a school is telling you to order from a company, That company should try its best to be professional and helpful.
