Buyer beware!



The owners and operators, of this company, based out of Shelbyville, Tennessee, regularly demand and maintain unsafe and unhealthy workplace conditions, including excessive hours, which are compensated at less than minimum wage for employees, shoddy equipment that threatens injury to employee and bystander alike, lack of proper protective equipment to perform the job and a closed door policy for feedback and complaints from employees and consumers, which only results in reprimand when attempting to bring to light the countless workplace issues this company is laden with.



The owner(s) of this company have been sued multiple times, for various workplace issues and disasters, and have still not fully satisfied those settlements.



The over the road equipment is not regularly inspected and daily driver vehicle inspections have never been performed. All of the vehicles, at this company, are a threat and danger to every driver on the road, including the operator(s) and passenger(s) of said equipment.



The equipment itself is not properly maintained. A diesel burner, designed to instantly heat water, is installed in each company vehicle. Most of which are so dilapidated that sparks and flames jump several feet from the tops of their vehicles. It's just a matter of time until they cause a huge fire somewhere.



They have no certified mechanic or specialist who performs regular maintenance on aforementioned equipment. Equipment often falls into disrepair and injuries or disasters are dealt with as those situations arise. No prevention is observed or maintained. No mechanical journal or log is kept on the regular work and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.



They do not meet TDOT requirements for driver logs. Drivers are sometimes worked for 40 straight hours and given no rest periods. They fail to observe driver log laws to get around this labor law issue. Or perhaps the right person has not yet reported them to the right state agency.



Furthermore, in the months that i was employed, for this company, not any of my hours were paid at minimum wage, or above, for the hours i worked.



The owner(s) of this company are seedy and unscrupulous.
