        When we first moved into this park Oct. 2018 is was very nice. The Owner and Staff were very pleasant.
        But since Feb of 2019 when Sun took over its been a different story and the staff are not pleasant at all. The park at this time is still
        ok and hope it stays that way. Time will tell whit Sun owning it.

        Nothing But the Truth:

        This Shelby Forest Park was the finest facilities under the former owner!
        Jerry managed this park with true professional skills; however, the new owner "Sun Communities" is something else. Just take a look at Rudgate in Sterling Heights, and take a look at Camelot Villa in Macomb Township.

        We purchased a manufactured home from the former owners last year and if we knew "Sun" was purchasing the Park we would never have purchased our home at Shelby Forest!

        Shame that the "Park Office" employees make many of us not welcomed as a previous owners make us feel very welcome.
