Tradewinds Apartments

Where to begin...Tradewinds is such a debacle, I would think twice about renting an apartment from this location or Village On The Green in Avon Lake, both locations are owned by the same retired surgeon. I know the price may seem like a good deal, but for that price you are moving into an apartment that is infested with BED BUGS, ROACHES and so much more. RESIDENT MANAGERS: He has two property managers the main head honcho, how do I put this politely is a cold heartless witch. She does not care about anyone or anything, but her self. She will play nice to the tenants face but talk so much garbage to everyone behind their back. It's almost like your back in high school. She is in everyone's business. She will track your every move. The new manager Dana that we just got about 2 months ago is a joke. She is in her early 20's and has no idea what she is doing. When I went to her "office" to turn in a work order she was very rude and not professional at all. That's when you can catch them in their office. There is always a note on the door saying they are out of the office. What happened to hiring managers that were respectful and new what they were doing. They think they are better than all of us. Well how would that be so, when they live on site and in the same type of apartment. MAINTENANCE This makes me laugh as I am typing this. The maintenance team is a joke. The main managers husband has no idea as to what he is doing and the new one fits in just as well. The maintenance man that has been there for years does only patch work when getting an apartment rental ready. I can't tell you how many times that the apartments that he works in always smell of weed smell. We all know what he is doing. None of us are dumb like they portray us to be. Nothing gets done, and if it does it's not the right way. Like I said none of them have any idea as to what they are doing. The new maintenance man is on probation for position of drug paraphernalia, smokes weed and more. Is that someone we should feel safe to have around and in our apartments? He is the new managers boyfriend, how do we know that our hard earned money that we use to pay rent goes to the rightful person and not in their pockets for their choice of drug use. It is a unclean. unsafe place to live. The reason why I am moving out in the next few days or so. It like we live in the city dump being over charged. Nothing is ever cleaned, there are never any working lights in the hall ways. How is that safe? I have been told that homeless people have been caught living in the black mold infested laundry rooms. Sounds real safe to me. Government housing in the projects are nicer and safer than Tradewinds and Village On The Green. The cops are there every night for some sort of issues. They need to shut these places down or condemn them. Maybe Mayor Bring will do something about this one day! Hopefully. Everyone knows that there is a lot of illegal things going on. I'm only giving this a one star because it wont let me give anything less. These apartments are a joke. Let's not forget the drug deals that always go down in the parking lots.
