We have bought furniture from Marquis for years. I'm always very happy with the quality & price of the furniture we have bought.

We Purchased a Serta mattress from the Shawnee store. It was weeks before we received it, had to change purchase date because it affected my no interest time on Hoffman , Wells Fargo charge. Mattress has an awful hump in middle, blamed us, said told us to rotate every month but we were not told that , we are not physically able. Serta representative said it had to be 1 1/2 inch hump wow it is 3/4 inch. There is No return policy and no return for comfort warranty. I am very disappointed in service, delivery and product. I have bought furniture at Marquis's for over 20 years and have been a satisfied customer until now. I bought a media center and paid to have it delivered. I told them I wanted it delivered the next day. It was going to be late when the driver could deliver, so I told him to wait until the next day. I was told it would be sometime around 1:30pm. Driver just called at 5:20 pm and said it would be another hour to hour and a half. Two days for delivery was not in my plans. --- Unsatisfied customer
