Olympic Carwash

Paid $9 for silver wash at 64th Nieman Rd location, & car was only 'wet down'. I sat in the bay waiting for 'soap & rinse', nothing happened. Finally I drove around to the attendent. He basically said there was nothing he could do & told me if I wasn't satisfied I could purchase another wash. I explained again, my car got the initial spray, the wet down, but never the wash part. Attendent said he 'supposes that's possible, but he couldn't do anything about it'. Let him know I wanted my $ back since my car was never washed. He said for me to call to complain, there's nothing else he could do. I asked him for the number & he said I could look it up. There's no number for SM, so called Olathe. No one answered so I left a message.
There's no other way to contact anyone.
I guess Olympic gets to just take my $9.

I went to wash my truck today. And as many know this has been an incredibly wet spring. Well I work in construction and a muddy job site is nearly unavoidable when it rains this much so my truck was a little dirty. As I'm washing my truck one of the employees walks up to me and tells me, "Next time your truck is muddy I suggest you don't come here." Needless to say I wont be returning because of this.

Horrible Service! My husband and I come here once week. We went in there tonight to get a quick wash done on my car. We went to the brushless $5 Bronze wash. The machine would not accept the credit card so we used a $10 bill. The machine would not give us our change back it gave us the receipt stating $5 change was given but we did not receive anything. I went into the office to get the $5 and the employee kept arguing with me. He kept saying the receipt said we received the money and kept insisting that we did get it. I told him all he had to do was check the cameras and he will see that we did not get ANY money back from the machine. We will never go there again. The only thing he did not do was yell Liar in my face. Why would anyone want to jip a carwash for $5? That is all he had to think about and just look at the cameras
