D & S Salon

I showed Soon what I wanted. She said it would take a couple of times which I was okay with, but the results were not even close to the photo I showed her.. It took her 3 1/2 hours to do my hair wrong. It does not look professional at all. It looks like someone put that product Sun-In on my hair.

I normally pay $30.00-40.00 for the hair cut. But then a frend if mine told me about the D & S and look for Soon, the Asian Stylist. She gave a best hair cut I've ever had with the $14.00. Can't beat the price for such a service!!!

I don't normally write reviews, but I am so ecstatic today after my first experience at D&S Salon that I had to share.



My son and I had been going to Danica at a chain not too far from this salon for a couple of years and neither of us let anyone else do our hair. My son went to see Danica on Tuesday and when he arrived, he called me panicked because the name of the salon freaked him out (18 year olds!!!) and he thought he was going into a women's salon. Finally, I talked him into going in and he was pleasently surprised that it was not all girly-- and he came home happy.



Men: dont let the name of the salon keep you out. It is decorated to relax you with a nice Asian flair. You get the feel of a nice salon, experienced hair dressers with affordable prices all under one roof.



Women: Danica does threading! I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years, I prefer this over waxing because of the precision of the shape. Danica is perfectionist and her perfection shows in my brows!! Haven't had them look this good ever! So rather then going all over town, I can kill two birds with one stone under one roof. Plus, she does hair color too!



Luckily, we found out she was moving and were able to move with her--if we hadn't I probably would stretch my visits to get haircuts out as long as possible because I just don't trust many people after a bad experience.



So, if you want to pay $14 for a $40 haircut, $10 for a $15 eyebrow threading (lowest price that I have found) and a stylist that is a perfectionist, beautiful inside and out-- go see Danica at D&S Salon!!
