Sharon Driving School

They were extremely disorganized. I honestly learned very, very little at the driving school. There were a few competent teachers, but many were also extremely rude and incapable of teaching. Do NOT go to this school. Nearly everything is on paper and little to nothing is computerized, including the scheduling. A lot of the instructors spend half the driving hour on the phone doing scheduling. At one point, they tried to charge me extra money because they fail to properly keep track of transactions.

I took couple of lessons with Sharon Driving School. My instructor was Rob and taught me how to parallel park. I took my test and passed on a first try. Office staff was great. They scheduled my test and paid my fees with Rmv, I could not have done it without them.Thank you so much

I had wonderful experience with Sharon driving school. My daughter loved her class and she was very nervous to go on a road but they put her at ease. Sharon Driving School had great teachers. They always returned my calls even if it was on a weekend. We scheduled hours when it was convient for us. I loved that they came to pick her up. She is taking a test next weekend and I am sure she will pass. Thank you Sharon Driving School

I am writing to share my recent experience (Aug 2015) with Sharon Driving School, Sharon. First interaction went fine and I took training & a refreshers class with them. I could not clear the road test and i was fine with it because it helped me understand my weak points. However, second time i met the owner and she was too rude to talk to in person. I requested her to appoint a good instructor this time to make sure I take care of weak points (Well, I have more than 18 years of driving experience in other countries of the world). She did not respond professionally. On the day of test in refreshers class also, I found the instructor more irritated then helpful. Each instructor taught a different style of parallel parking confusing the learner more. The point I am trying to make here is being a driver training school, I do not see consistency in teaching style and professionalism. The maneuvers that instructor approves, were otherwise rejected by Inspector. It shows, there is some issue with the way they teach. One should not be allowed to appear in the road test if instructor feels one is not ready. This will help save money for the learner and the reputation of the driving school.

My intention of going through a driving school is to make sure i understand driving rules and maneuver. It was not helpful going through Sharon Driving School as the instructions are otherwise also available on you tube.

Instructors are great. school is great, everything is great. we had a great experience. We cannot complain.

My 2nd child just completed Sharon Driving School and like her older brother, she too passed the road test on her first attempt :)

Sharon Driving school offers a very flexible schedule. Students can take classes at their own pace or they can complete all classroom hours during a school vacation break.

Scheduling driving hours was simple. The staff was extremely accommodating to my daughter's schedule.

The staff are very nice. The owner Gilly has a reputation of being "tough" but both my kids liked her a lot & learned everything they needed to know.

Sharon driving school provides great experience and knowledge of the roads. The instructors are very caring and are willing to help the students with what they need practice on. The booking schedule is very flexible especially, after school hours. I really recommend using them for a driving school!

Sharon driving school I was very pleased with . Bill one of the instructors for driving was great he really cares about the kids that go there and he takes the time to explain in detail what we need to know as the parents of the children that go there excellent driver instructor and the school was very informative when needed . Worst driving school there is! The teachers couldn't even be bothered to really teach you, my daughter had one bad incident with them. There was multiple but one topped it; she has a slight hearing loss. Of course they're AC in the car didn't work so they made her drive with all windows down. With them knowing her slight disability, they wouldn't roll at least hers up so she could hear. She missed a turn since she could not hear too well, the instructor (who barely spoke English) YELLED at her that she was stupid! And deaf! After that she didn't want to go back, but of course they wouldn't give our money back. Beyond that, they're customer service is AWFUL! I recommend everyone to stay clear of this place!!

Absolutely loved driving with my instructor Bill. He taught be so much and was very friendly. They were very helpful when working around my schedule. I will definitely miss the lessons.

Very difficult to deal with them, very rude, no promptly to answer questions, do not go for this school. Rude rude people! If I could I wouldn't give them any star

I can't give them none so this will have to do. Owner is so unprofessional it is ridiculous. She is rude nasty and volatile.She will cancel when ever she wants fight with you to reschedule. I told her not to swear at me or my daughter.She basically said she can do whatever she wants. Very sad sad place please do not bring your child there and subject them this animal of an owner.

If I could I would not give them even one star. The owner Gilli is a rude and a big liar. She insisted that I have a lesson on a day and time that I would not schedule because I can't make it. The problem is that once you sign with them, you can't break the contract. I had the WORST experience with them in the matter of costumer service. I had to cancel all my lessons and lose my money. RUN AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!

We had a great experience with this driving school. Very nice instructors. Easy to schedule appointments. No complaints at all. Very smooth from start to finish. Daughter got her license on first try!

Place is a joke - do not book the test there unless you took drivers ed there. Gilly is the rudest person I have ever dealt with.

This is the worst customer service, When I went for my driving test, the owner Gilly sat in the back of the car and the examiner were in the front and throught the whole test both of them were complaining about having to work on mother's day. Naturally I failed the test and also all of the other 7 people before and after me failed the test. I regret that I ever went to them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND COME HERE!
