my satilite dish for hughesnet was installed by one of their contractors improperly, they sent another from virginia and he wouldn't go on the roof, i told him how it was installed and he said he would put in a report and still nothing.the equipment was installed in march, I called hughes net and cancelled and requested a total refund which i was told would not happen so i am going to bring legal action against them as far as it goes for commonwealth telecommunications the company that doesn't return calls the same thing goes for the $295.00 i was charges for this crappy installation, i will also go to the b.b.b. and the media and tell them about what you get from commonwealth telecommunications as well as hughesnet.consumer beware
