They are a waste of time. Can not stress it enough how mad I am. Rude and ignorant... basically it's a scam. We have found someone else to work with. Not going to pay twice for someone who didn't show up in the first place.

The plumber was supposed to arrive between eight am and noon giving them a four window he did not arrive until well after two pm. Then he proceeded to spill water all over the bathroom in my house didnt bother to clean it up. The technician wasnt even what upset me it was that i called the office to ask a few questions and the receptionist or whatever thye guy answering the phone could be considered(slack jawed yokel is what it sounded like) answered all my questions with an attitude. His favorite answer "because im a plumber" wow thanks for the insight jerk. Dont waste your money call someone else.

The plumber came to my home and poured a product called Thrift down my bath tub drain,he than ran my shower for 1-2 minutes and stated to me"see now it is draining.my husband came home 30 minutes later and said,i thought the plumber came,the tub is still clogged.we called back to ask if someone could come back out and do the job correctly.Not only was the manager rude and had a bad attitude,but he told us that if that tub was draining he would charge us another 75.00 dollars again.I don't think so.first i think you should have ask us what type of shower head we have.didn't ask.instead he ask if we ran our shower,yes we did.but the water still was not draining properly.my advice to other's.please use another company for your service.I am paying for this servie i don't appreciate the smart mouth of a the manger. very poor customer service.my advice don't use this company.

All American was scheduled to do repairs at my home between 8 and 12. Since I had to work, the technician agreed to call me on his way so that I could come let him in. He DID NOT call me and he came anyway. I was not called until AFTER he was gone. I received a bill 2 days later for 55.00 and when I called the office to dispute the bill the office manager got rude and ignorant with me and he told me that I was at fault for not being there for the service call. How can they expect a single mother to miss a half day of work for them to fix a leak! Their customer service and honesty are in the sewer!!
