Coastal Floral Designs

This is for the former employee who wrote this review. I noticed several things. One- you did not sign your review. Don't hide in the shadows. Come on out in light and don't be worried or ashamed of your comments. I am not worried about this review as my customers know that I care about the design they receive. They also know that I have tried to do the very best job possible, take care of any issues whether mine or theirs, and I do use the everyday as well as the most exotic flora within my ability. I respect that my customers spend their hard earned money with me and I don't find your comments which make them seem unable to discern good from bad appropriate or kind.I do not abuse this shop and feel badly that you are so unhappy with life.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I am a former employee who knows what really happens in that crap hole of a shop. First, the flowers are not fresh. The owner Jennifer has no clue what to buy and makes the designers use old flowers for arrangements. She will cut you short on your order as well. She marks up the vases 3x the wholesale price on everything then makes us take a 25% labor fee out on YOUR ORDER. Say you wanted a $100 arrangement.... You MIGHT get $60 in it if your lucky! Jennifer also avoids phone calls for customers who call to complain about their orders because she screws them over and does not care. She has a great staff that bust their butts to cover her big a$$ yet all she does is sit on her iPad doing nothing. She will talk so sweet to your face then turn around & rip you to shreds. If you need good quality flowers, I suggest you try other florist so you can get what you pay for and not a pile of dying junk.
