Traditions Hair & Nail Salon

Absolutely awful! I went in for a simple root touch up and, even though I pointed out that my roots were still too gold, she told me it looked fine and asked that I pay. ((Your roots should always be darker she said....WHAT???) After I got home and looked more closely in the mirror and was horrified. I went back in and asked her to fix it and she lied and told me that she put some more bleach on my roots to finish the lift but all she did was slap some more toner on it which did NOTHING. To add insult to injury, she CHARGED ME ANOTHER $35.00 FOR FIXING SOMETHING SHE DIDN'T EVEN FIX! It looks just as bad as it did the first time she screwed it up! I am now out $140.00 and still have gold roots. I had my regular stylist look at it and she just shook her head and said she could fix it but now I have to wait until she can fit me in to undo the damage. (I only tried Traditions out because they were at the end of my road and my normal stylist was booked up.) RUN do NOT walk!!!

I have passed by Traditions Salon daily and when I needed a haircut with no time to drive to Knoxville, I called for a appointment. I was very happy with the cleanliness and diversity of this salon's services. Staff were extremely nice and I could not be happier with my hair cut for a great price. Won't be the last time I visit.
