Dr Wallace what is extremely family explained everything step-by-step before he did it just staff that I had the problem with Patty at the front desk not very professional he did a feeling and a tooth and I had a lot of pain afterwards and his nurse did not care that I was in pain she wouldn’t do nothing for it didn’t offer to bring me back in to see if it was cracked because it had a weak sidewall but the Dennis also said that I had a crown and a root canal done before and I never have so I don’t know where he gets that fromThey take care of you but if you have any issues after the service is done you’re on your own is how they make you feel they wanted me to go to another oral surgeon to see about some thing and I lost the paper and I asked the front desk staff if I could get that information again they refused to give it to me and I told the Dennis she’s well that’s odd I thought so too we gave you the piece of paper it’s on there the receptionist is very rude and they don’t wanna help you after the fact OK I just won’t come anymore if you don’t care about me after the service is done then four days later I get a letter from the dentist Dr. Wallace saying that basically I’m rude and I can’t come back no more will give you emergency service help for the next 30 days then you need to let us know where we can send your records to I think I already tried to use your emergency service and you refused to let me come be checked out to see if my teeth really was cracked or whatever I would consider twice about using this place because they don’t care about you after the service is done

My husband has an emergency with his tooth. Dr. Wallace ' s office were very compassionate & immediately worked him in to get his problem fixed. The dentist, Dr. Jeff Wallace was extremely friendly & very professional. Staff were so polite & caring.
