Very bad experience with this store.... I see from the comments below that other people have been discriminated against. Same thing happened to me today. My first visit to Pigeon Forge area and most everyone is so friendly...not the lady in this store. Not sure if she is an owner or vendor. Lady with long gray hair and glasses...oh so mean!!!! I had planned on spending a bunch of money in there. I already had over $50 on the counter and had a lot more shopping to do. I suffer from several American Disability Administration recognized disabilities

I am a disabled older lady. I suffer from cronic breathing problems and sevier allergies. I have to carry at all times my inhalers and epi pen. When i entered this antique mall like ive done many times before with the same small purse i was told to leave my purse in a locker? I explained my concern not having my meds right with me and she said i would still have to leave my purse. Is she crazy? Ive been shopping there for the past 3 years but after that asinine rule I will never go back! how inconsiderate for people with disabilities! her store is very dirty and dusty what is she thinking I even offered her to look at my purse when I was done shopping and she still turned me away what an idiot my advice to anybody with disabilities don't try going to her store you'll be mistreated for sure.

Here is what I wrote them in regards to what happened to me today..





I am very upset and was discriminated by your staff on our visit there today. I suffered from and am recuperating from Head and Neck CANCER. One of the problems is that I have NO SALIVA. I use water to sallow with, use to talk with and frankly survive.



I was told by your clerk that I was NOT ALLOWED to bring in water. I explained that I have a disability and she flatly refused me entrance unless I did not drink. This is appalling behavior.



Not drink? This is my li8uve. How dare her. Do you have the practice of and commonly discriminate against handy cap people? What is I have a wheelchair or crutches or used a “bag” would I still be refused entry?



This is a blainant abuse of power by a yeoman parasite. I am disabled and deserve much better treatment that to be told I can use water to combat the issues from this disease.



I am think of contacting the ADA, Americans with Disabilities Act representatives or an attorney for such abhorrent treatment and discrimination of the disabled.



WILL be contacting the Chamber of Commerce and other groups who deal with the disabled in your community and see how they feel about your inhumane treatment of us
