Exercises are performed under the supervision of your therapist and YOU will receive a detailed. Illustrated home program to continue YOU on your path to a healthier lifestyle. For patients WHO have completed their course of PT but want to continue to exercise with US. We offer an Independent GYM program. GYM members are welcome to USE the facility AT their convenience with NO restrictions to access. Memberships CAN BE started and stopped AT ANY time and we are continually on hand to assist YOU with your exercise regimen.

Our state of the art facility offers individual, private treatment areas as well as a large gym equipped with ample equipment and space to meet your cardiovascular, strengthening, and fitness needs. Hayes Physical Therapy is conveniently located on Route 25A in East Setauket. We are approximately 1.2 miles east of Nicolls Rd. and approx ¼ mile west of Old Town Road. Handicapped parking is available and our facility is fully wheelchair accessible.
