Fantastic Sams

I came in with brown and blonde highlights with straight brown on the bottom. My last hair salon referred to keep my hair currect, high lights and low lights. After spending my momey and still seeing my gray, I had to get it re-done with a root touch up since the hair dresser did do it while I was waiting and I told her. Week later I came back to have them fix it. $70 later, I look like I have multiple shades of blonde on the top of my head and all the brown is gone except the back and bottom. I worked so hard before I came it to get it the way I wanted, not the hairdresser. Why is it that 9/10 you come out looking like what the hairdresser want. I am back to being blonde again, yuk. without variety
