MY DOGS TOY WAS SOAKED IN BLEACH!!!!!!!!!!!



Before boarding our pup here we took her to day care two times. My dog loved the experience both times so much that she would get excited as we pulled up. The last time we took her we boarded her for a week. Once we got her back she was more sluggish than usual. When we were unpacking her bedding and toys we left for her. The toy was moist and reeked of bleach. Then we noticed her paws were inflamed so we took action and took her to the vet to make sure that everything was okay. The vet informed us that it looked like chemical burns. Armed with this information I contacted the owner who sent me a cookie cutter email saying that they don't use bleach and that her paws are inflamed from running around on a rubber mat. So I called again saying I didn't want an email I wanted to talk to the owner over the phone to figure out why it happened. When speaking with her all she could do is deny every word I spoke like I am a crazy person looking for money. In the end I am here writing this review due to one of her employers soaking my dogs toy in bleach and not owning up to it.

All I wanted from the owner is an apology and an explanation to why my dogs toys smelled like bleach. (The toy was not clean either)

Dog loves staying here both short term for social play time or for 2 week vacation. Like that they temperament screen so she's always in a group comfortable for her, supervised by young adult who keeps activity moving. Also liked that they are conscientious about proper immunizations. They also do Pictures with Santa and several fun weekend events. Our dogs have been enjoying stays since they opened, highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. Wouldn't take my pet there ever again.
