AAA Steam Carpet & Furniture

To whom it may concern: we were in need of our carpet cleaning in the living area and down the hall. He was prompt on coming and giving us a estimate and scheduling the day and time. He came and cleaned it with in an hour and half. It looked good until it totally dried. There were stains that werent there before and ones that just didnt come out. Before he left i asked him if he guaranted his work and he shrugged it off as if there would be no need to guarantee his work. We gave it a couple of days to make sure it was good and dry and didnt like all the stains that were still on the carpet. So i called him back and told him and he wasnt very happy. So he came back and supposedly went over the spots again, but all he did was go over it with water no solution or anything. I am a very unhappy dissatisfied customer and will never use him again. His attitude when he came back was very demeaning and you can tell he wasnt happy. What he charged me this should of come out alot better than it did. I understand the carpet is old, but it was his attitude that upset me. I will make sure to tell everyone about my experience with this company. As a company you should always try to please your customer and keep them happy. Never again!!!!!!
